If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from RR Western Wear you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in the original packaging and original unused condition.
Boots may be returned or exchanged only if the soles are unscratched. Unfortunately if we receive a pair of boots that have scuffs or scrapes, they will be sent back to you. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
